Shipping & Delivery

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Most of our products are available for next day delivery. We also offer extra options such as before noon shipping.

Some items, including custom products have a lead time as they take longer to produce.

Our cut-off for next day delivery is 4PM.

What Couriers Do You Use?

We ship orders from multiple warehouses depending on the product. Because of this, we use a range of different couriers.

Couriers we use regularly include APC, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Palletforce & RED.

If you're local to us, we may deliver your order in our own van.

What Happens If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

While it's rare, sometimes issues out of our control can arise, such as the courier losing the parcel or failing to deliver.

We'll try our best to find out where your order is and to make alternative arrangements.

How Can I Request Proof of Delivery?

We'll send you the POD as soon as we can.

Do You Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship to customers all over the world. However, if you're outside the United Kingdom, we'll need to give you an international shipping quote.

Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Republic of Ireland due to ongoing issues with couriers and customs.

Products

Can I Return My Products?

Under the distance trading regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods where you can exercise your right to cancel and return them.

Goods should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging.

Returns for this reason will be at your own cost.

We cannot accept returns of bespoke 'made to order' products as these cannot be resold; this includes cut cable.

How Do I Request A Refund?

We try to ensure all our listings are accurate and that our couriers take care with your order, but mistakes can happen.

In the event that your order is received damaged, is faulty or is incorrect, please call us on 01684 299 223 or email james@intelligentcctv.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a refund.

Once the items are returned to us, we can process the refund for you.

Do You Offer Custom Branded Products?

Yes - we are able to create various sized vinyl stickers that you can apply to your products.

As well as this we can offer mugs and t-shirts with your logo and information on.

Something I Need Isn't Listed On Your Site. Can I Request It Be Added?

Of course! We're always looking to expand our product range with new relevant listings because if you need it, the chances are others will too.
